thats what im really wondering.

Phish scares me as a matter of fact,

its a monster, though a kind one at that.

Every different feeling that people have of Phish, each take on a certain unique emotion as do all elements of their music.  Ask anyone dancing at a show, actually ask a few, no a lot of people.  Just try.

Music is such a powerful thing, it scares me how a lot of people don't look at music as that.  If all the police officers and DEA and mean security guards and nasty neighbors could realize the true center to much of this moving circus of kids that visit their town every year, is the love of music and finding its powerful, healing nature.

In a world of money, evil and pain, this is NOT energy that should be suppressed, it is essential that it remains and grows.

Phish just gets in your bones and your head, then it just pulls you in.  It's addicting, it's what we live for, it's what keeps us going, it's something that we love.

"But its just a band."

Thats nice, i'm glad that gets pointed out, funny thing is it doesn't matter to me.

I think it's possible to buffer a comment akin to that with "But is it just music?"

How can phish make me feel so good?!

I'm actually scared, what is it they do?

How do they do it?

Answering those questions is just as hard as answering "What is Phish?"

Well actually it isn't too hard.

Phish is a band.
