 PholkTales: Run-Ins With the Law
While waiting outside the Molson Ampitheater in Toronto (99)', everyone was relaxing on the lawn and the nearby lot when a disturbance occurred in between two cars. A canadian cop was chasing after this kid with dreads, and the oddest thing happened. 

Everyone cheered and exclaimed, "He got awayyyyy, yea, he got away."  ... just as the guy fled across the double lane highway.  It was awesome to see the cop's face as he tried to catch his breath.
