i was driving to a phish show (sober at the time), when a car behind me had lights flashing and a horn... i pulled over and out walks a guy... comes over and says "phish stickers, swerving on the road, frequent urine stops... i have to search the car"

i had about a QP of weed. The guy starts laughing and says he is a phan and was just kidding around. He then trades a tape and buys a dime bag.
