I went to vegas with some friends and our moms. I saw that, low and behold, PHISH would be in town at the same time. So I bought two tickets because no one could pass up such an opportunity.  First a friend, and then my sister, and then my MOM were supposed to accompany me to the show, but it turns out i went by myself.

Many may say no big thing... i go to shows alone all the time. But for me it was a brand new deal.

Crazy but true, immediately upon arrival, i meet up with a group of guys from Colorado. After some brief conversation, Chris realizes i'm totally alone and invites me to hang with them for the day. excellent.

i had the best time possible at that show . . . chris and his friends were the coolest, most gracious, fun-loving people ever. they even helped me make my way back to my hotel at the end of the night.

Later i caught up with Chris on email.  He was a man of many shows; i was a girl of few. He offered to set me up with some shows. I, being a total fool, sent him a HUGE amount of discs, but he was very very kind. Today i have NINE NEW PHISH SHOWS thanks to chris and his enormous generosity and love for phish and their music.
