PholkTales: Random Acts of Kindness
It was the second night of the vegas run, and Phish had just put on a beautiful show. We had eaten some molly and were having a blast running around Vegas and exploring the casinos. My best friend had bought a ticket for the next night earlier that day, but I still needed one. I believe we were in the Excalibur when for some reason we became drawn to this fountain near the exit.

We were standing there with pennies in our hands, about to make wishes, when this older dude walks up to us and asks us if we enjoyed the show. We started to respond with enthusiasm when he says, "You know what? It was so good, I don't even need to see anymore," as he hands us a ticket for the next night and walks away.

We both stood there in shock for a minute, unable to process the miracle that had just been handed to us. My friend yelled out "I love you" as he walked out the door. We looked at the pennies still in our hands and put them away, knowing it would be almost selfish to wish for anything after that.
