Josh, Mike & myself left the house for the show at 3 for a 7pm show. By the time we got to the venue the show was sold out and we had yet to get any tickets for the 3 of us. We arrived at the venue parking lot & immediately started to try to get tickets, meeting many PHellow PHishHeads along the way. Josh & Mike finally got their hands on 2 tickets, I was still ticketless. At about 6 O'Clock my miracle happened.

I was standing against my car with a finger in the air, signaling, of course, that I needed 1 ticket. Out of nowhere a guy got up in my face, said merry Christmas and handed me a ticket. He continued to walk down the aisle in the parking lot without saying another word to me. I was awestruck... mouth open, tongue-tied. I didn't even get a good look at the guy. I didn't even have the chance to thank him. About 5 minutes later Josh said to me, "There's the dude that handed you the ticket." I ran over to him, gave him the biggest hug, thanked him, & wished him the best in the show!!!

That was only the beginning. The show was of course outrageous; however, what will stick with me for my lifetime are the memories of the people I met & shared a very special night with. Though we had talked to and partied with many, there are 4 people in particular that will forever hold a place in my life.

TJ, Rachael, Allison, Chris...I LOVE EVERY one of you. You are like family. I cannot express in words how I feel about you. Last night I just kept saying how 'beautiful' everything was....the night, the people, the show, etc. But there are no words to describe what beautiful, generous, loving, giving, & fun people you all are. You are all just AWESOME!!!

After the concert, we all went back to the Motel 8 where TJ, Alli, Chris & Rachael were staying. We spent the next 6 or 7 hours sitting in the parking lot just getting to know each other. I thank you all for sharing your lives with me... Unfortunately we all left at about 4 A.M. Even more unfortunate, I did not get anyone's phone # or email address.
