PholkTales: Random Acts of Kindness
I went to both nights of the Atlanta show. This experience took place on the second night. I don't know where it really started but we had seats. The first night we sat in the seats we had tickets for, but the second night my friends and I decided to try to get a little closer. We did along with a big group of other people. You could always tell who was in the seat they were suppose to be in or not when the security woman came around.

One guy in front of me would dance. He had a very springy dance and if he got into the music enough he would dance as if he were turning into an elf. It was wild but when the security woman would come around he would stop completely and try to hide in the crowd and look inconspicuous. After a while it started to really bug me. I would get so into the music but also very distracted by this guy. I finally left and went to go find a place on the lawn.

There was so much love out there. I went from this paranoia vibe to one of the most sublime moments of my life. I wandered around the green for a while until i found an empty spot. After a while of sitting in my new spot this group of people came and sat down beside me. I think it was where they were sitting earlier. Anyway they were super nice. They started to smoke a bowl and they passed it to me even though I didn't have any to add. I don't know your names but I love you.

There was an older man who was smoking a joint. It was a really beautiful image. He might have been guy who wore some tight black suit during the day, maybe followed the stock market and went home to eat a big casserole dinner but for the night he was just another phan.

After a wonderful concert my friends and I were walking back to the bus stop when this guy dropped a film container. I pointed it out to him and then I picked it up and gave it to him. He said thank you and then gave me the last nugget that was in it. Who ever you were I love you too. I think phish is wonderful because they don't have concerts, they have experiences.
