I'm stretching next to the car, looking for a familiar face, and I struck up a talk with the kid parked next to us, who was basically doing the same thing as me... so whatever, he asks if I had any to share. Knowing I had so little, maybe another bowls worth, I said sorry, no. So he and his car load pulled away and then down to the lower part of the rest stop, presumably to search a little more for the green gold. 

I kind of felt, like....well high, and then generous, and thought how good it feels to get that chance session when all is dry. So I bumbled down the hill to their ride and shared my last, explaining it was my last and sorry for fibbing. They were all so thankful and someone gave me a neat rock. I was now pot broke. So my entourage got over it, they had none either but we didn't care.

So we get to the place...WHOOO!...but the place was dry too! All's I found was light bags and a little hash that 1st night.

The next day I was hanging out at the Legend's Grilled Cheese station when out of a crowd bumbled along two of my best boys from back home! They ran late and later in traffic and blah, blah, had just started looking for me, as they were all alone, and boom there we are! As I soon found out, Shawn had brought a Zig of some dynamite smoke from home and was nearly cash broke! So we traded for cheap and we were all glad. 

I always thought that if it wasn't for those stone sober kids at the VA rest stop I would never had been so stoned all the time down there. Possibly not much at all! Soo... for whatever it's worth I believe in Karma's funny way of coming back around to give back whatever you gave out. And when it's all good, it's great!
