When I first encountered this group known as "Phish", I had only recently met this very intriguing girl. It was Laurie that had bestowed the wonders of Phishdom upon me.

As the years went by, changes went through me, as does happen to people on occasion. Laurie and I have gone to shows and such.

What is interesting is this: each time that I was involved with someone, they never attended a Phish show with me. They intended to, but something always came up at the last minute. Needless to say, I am not with any of those ladies.

Yet, after all of these years, Laurie and I have become somewhat more than friends. Right now I am in Colorado, but soon will be back in Ohio because of this extraordinary woman. And, we will be seeing Phish play in Toledo on June 9.

So, what is my point? I would have to say that this is my point: along with coffee, Phish is quite a major indicator as to whom I will spend my life with. (ie: if you don't dig coffee, if you don't dig fish, it doesn't seem to work out).
