Out of the crowd 5 or 6 midgets (little people to be PC) emerge. They all had painted faces and strange circus-like clothes on. They proceeded to dance and prance in a ring around this guy laying down with huge grins on their faces. After a few seconds of this, the passed out guy opens his eyes and gets a sight of this. To say the least, his eyes BUGGED out of his head, and he sits up with the most priceless look on his face. 

Then, as quick as they appeared, the pack of little people scampered out of range. Me and others around had a big laugh. (I wasn't spun YET so I believed my eyes).  Before second set I found my friend and told him the story, "Only at a Phish show," he responded.

A year or two later I was chatting online with some phans and a gal said she saw them also. So that reaffirmed what I saw. PRICELESS!
