PholkTales: Near Catastrophes

So me and five of my friends decided to travel to Las Vegas to see the Phish shows and experience life in Vegas. These were the shows for trey's birthday and the appearance of Kid Rock. We got in line very early and it was hot as hell outside, so we were ready to get inside and relax at our seats. Finally, they let us in and we haul ass to the seats on Page's side, right on the rail (not on the floor). At these seats we have a perfect view of trey's guitar and the guy that has to tune it 20 fucking times before the show.

Anyway, a guy that is sitting about 20 seats to the left of us spills his cup of water onto the floor and it gets all over Trey's guitar. For the next 30 minutes, some of the crew and even Paul were trying to dry it out. They couldn't get it dry or ready to play by the time Trey came out. So on this night (9-29-00), he played with his old guitar for the first time since '97( I'm assuming).
