Something inside me told me that I WAS going to see the show.  When the show was about to start, I said bye to my friends, wished them a great show and got their seating arrangements just in case I was lucky enough to get a ticket.

I was prepared to spend every dime I had remaining for that ticket.  I walked around with my finger in the air hoping to get a miracle, but suddenly I got the urge to pee and decided to temporarily abort my mission. 

As I walked around looking for an exit, a stranger came up to me and asked if I had a ticket.  I said no and asked if he had any to sell.  He told me to come back in about 15 minutes and at that point someone was going to get us in through some side doors.

I was skeptical, but I went outside, popped a squat, and as I made my way inside, I saw a side door open and some people running in.  I of course ran to catch up.  It was about 20 of us rushing up the stairs to make it inside.

I couldn't believe it- we were inside!! I was nervous thinking that any minute now they would find me and ask me to leave for lack of a ticket, but that never happened.

I enjoyed the show tremendously, but I had not yet hooked up with my friends.  I finally found them halfway between the third set.  They were happy to see me in time for the countdown, but they were in awe once I told them about my miracle.
