I went to a Phish show in a really small venue, somewhat like a small movie theatre. I didn't really know I was at a Phish show until they came out on stage. After they were done playing some stagehands came out and set up card tables for the guys to sit at while all the phans lined up to meet them.

Once I got to the front and was about to meet Trey, he got up and walked away before I could say hi. I turned to sulk out of the theatre when Trey came walking back to sit down again. As we approached each other, he held out his hand for me to shake it, and I said, "Trey, I'm your biggest fan, man!" through my gigantic smile.

Then Trey hugged me and said "No, I'm YOUR biggest fan." Then he walked back to his seat, and I went home. That is the end of my phish-dream.
