After driving about 8 hours straight from PA (that's where all of us are from), we pull onto Route 7.  I don't know if you phans are familiar with Route 7, but its the main road that takes you into the town of Burlington. 

Well, me and my three friends are pretty excited to be close to our campsite, but just so tired from the long drive, and I look over to the right and see just this mess of hair flopping up and down.  I say that kinda looks like Mr. Mike Gordon's hair, then I look at the face and the eyes and the NOSE, and my friend sees him as well and puts it all togather. 

Now we jump up, and these are my friend matt's exact words: "HOLY FUCKING SHIT, MIKE CACTUS GORDON"; he just started listening to phish and so did the rest of my friends. Ok, at this point my friend driving is flipping out and my one friend doc just woke up and missed this glimpse of Mr. Mike Gordon running down route 7. 

We didn't turn the car around and go after him because we wanted to get to the campsite (we're still kicking ourselves for not turning around). We made it to the camp site and were all going nuts talking about how we saw Mr. Gordon. 

Well, I just tell all you phans out there, just when you think you're never going to see or meet one of the band members, you will trust me because I didn't think I was going to meet or see any one of them besides at a show when they were on stage.
