On my screen was a couple of Instant Messages. The first thing I saw was Phish Is Back. It caught me so off guard. I'd heard none of the rumors. At first I could not believe it. Immediately I went to phish.com and saw it with my own eyes. Wow. Wow. Wow.

Within seconds I'd jumped to my feet and was doing the happy dance, screaming something like, "yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah." I believe my fist was pumping. Happiness set in and tears started to flow. We survived the hiatus!

Since Trey's bday show, Vegas 2000, and the band's good bye to us, I hadn't really listened to the boys. It was hard listening to them with no hopes of a show. On 8/14/02 my love affair with this band was reignited. I've been listening since nonstop. It has been a great time... I'm really looking forward to MSG and Hampton.
