As I'm talking to one of my friends, in the middle of the conversation she says, "Did you hear the news? Phish announced a New Year's MSG show and 3 Hampton dates on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th." A huge grin broke out on my face. I ran over to see when my college's christmas break was, and my grin got even bigger when I realized I would be home from college at that time visiting my parents in Richmond, VA. Only an Hour away from hampton!!!!

Then my friend said, "By the way, we got a hotel right by the venue." This was getting to be too good to be true. I have to fly home the weekend of the hampton show, so I'll only be at the Thursday and Friday show, but even a night with the boys is enough to make me explode with joy. The rest of the day was glowing. Nothing could put me in a bad mood.

Even now, whenever something happens at my job and whenever I have a bad day, I just think about Jan. and how soon I'll be in the wonderful venue known as Hampton Coliseum (The last place I saw Phish at before the Hiatus), and how I'll dance all my cares away. Can't wait to shake my booty with y'all. See ya in January!!!!
